Can I download the educational materials for the training course? When you join a training course and attend its sessions, Media Training Center will send you some documents related to it, including presentations, course summaries, exercises, important activities, and more. These documents cover the main topics in the course, and you can also benefit from them later in your professional life.
Can I access the course details after its completion? Once the course is completed, you won’t be able to access the training course details.
What should I do to receive my certificate? Upon completion of the training course and passing the assessment, you will receive a digital certificate from Oplus Media Training Center, which will be sent to you via email. The certificate will also be available in the trainee portal for later access.
How many attempts can I make to pass the assessment before needing to retake the entire course? Upon completion of the training course, you will undergo an assessment to obtain the certificate. If you are unable to pass it on the first attempt, Oplus Media Training Center will provide you with two additional opportunities to achieve the minimum passing requirements. If you still cannot pass the exam after these two chances, the institute will offer you a third and final opportunity for a fee of 500 AED. If you fail to reach the minimum passing score, the institute will require you to re-register for the training course and retake it in its entirety.
Can I register for multiple training courses simultaneously? Trainees can register for as many training courses as they wish, provided that the dates and times of these courses do not overlap with each other (for both in-person and remote training courses).
Are there any specific requirements for registering in the course? There may be specific requirements that need to be met depending on the training course. These requirements could include years of work experience, previous educational level, prior licenses, and more. The specific requirements for each course will be outlined on the training course page in the Courses section. Please ensure you meet the minimum requirements for enrollment in the course to successfully complete the registration.

How do I change account details? To update or change your account details, please click on the profile icon at the top of the page, which will take you to the login page of your account. Enter your email and the password you created. Once logged in, you will find “My Account,” where you can update your account details and fill in any incomplete mandatory fields.
How do I change my preferred language on the website? O plus Media Training Center currently offers only Arabic and English languages, but we will be adding more languages in the future.
Fees and Refund
What is the refund policy of Oplus Media Training center? Oplus Media Training Center reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or change the location of any course due to insufficient registrations, trainer illness, or floods, earthquakes, political unrest. You are entitled to a full refund if the training course is canceled by us. No refunds or credits will be given in case of absence. If you are unable to attend the training course, you need to notify us at least 7 days before the course start date, and we will refund you in full via voucher codes. These vouchers can be used to pay for the same course or other available training courses within our offerings. The validity of these vouchers expires after 12 months from the date of issuance. Unused vouchers cannot be extended, transferred, credited, or refunded. Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling requests should be sent to the email address [email protected].
How can I pay the training courses fees? After selecting the training course you wish to enroll in, you will find the registration option on the training course page, which includes all the course details. Once you choose to register, you will be directed to the payment page, where you can enter your personal information and confirm the purchase to officially enroll in the course. After completing the payment, you will have full access to the student portal to view details of the upcoming training course.

What are the available payment methods? Currently, to register for a training course, fees must be paid through Oplus Media Training Center website. Payment is made online using a credit/debit card. If, for any reason, you are unable to make payment online, whether you are an individual trainee or a company, please contact us via email at [email protected].
Can I pay installments? The option to pay the due fees in installments is available through our partner, Tabby. This allows for payments to be spread over three to six months, providing flexibility for our trainees to meet their continuous learning requirements.
Can I register if I am outside the UAE? You can enroll in our courses “remotely” even if you are residing outside the United Arab Emirates, as certificates can be sent to the trainee’s location. Courses that do not require certificates are open to everyone, and individuals inside or outside the UAE can register for them.
Can I register for a course if I do not have an emirates ID? You can register for a course even if you do not currently have a UAE ID. However, to obtain an official license after completing the training course, a UAE ID is required. For other courses that do not qualify you for real estate professional licenses, anyone can register and benefit from them.
Is Oplus Media Training center licensed? Yes, Oplus Media Training Center is licensed by Actvet and Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi.
Will I be certified only in Abu Dhabi or across the UAE? If you have enrolled in a course that grants a professional license from Oplus Media Training Center, you will receive a digital certificate allowing you to practice the profession officially in Abu Dhabi. However, some courses at the institute provide a certificate accredited by the United Arab Emirates, while others are specific to Abu Dhabi only. Therefore, it is advisable to verify the course certificate before registering to ensure it aligns with your aspirations.
